yes, not only did she want a sex scandal, she gave it ( causing a scandal) precedent over getting her "rapist"convicted...this is what I think makes it still in question to some degree
I did hear two " legal experts" on ABC radio (world today I think it was)...one was gushing about the judgement, another said it seemed to him that the learned judge made a fair few "assumptions"...of course he didn't get a lot of air time, but kudos to ABC for even airing it!
