it’s very very simple. That is our legal system and we either follow it or not. Most judges stick to their job. Sure I think they can bring bias into play but in this case I would imagine the judge was very thorough and very careful - it’s a high visibility and high stakes case

my view is that Bruce fought the law and the law won He should have paid more attention to the lyrics

My long term memory does suggest Barristers cannot be sued.
