Can you truthfully say that woman that knowingly, and proven so, commit paternity fraud should not go to jail for it? Remember the $$ involved can be in the many millions.
We even have women picking up used condoms from a bin and scraping them after sex with a famous wealthy sportsman to intentionally get pregnant and claim child support. Still no jail for them and still the sportsman so trapped have to pay child support. They target the sportsman via social media. It is a developing cottage industry in the states that athletes are warned about now by their clubs. Aussie rugby league players probably got the same talk. This industry is only occurring because the law allows it.
