The magistrates are as smart as heart surgeons and unfortunately humans don't have superman's x-ray vision capabilities. Unfortuantely you cannot lock up the whole world that is bad and evil 24/7 and they have to give some shit the chance at starting over again. But yes the magistrates are AMAZING in AUSTRALIA i would say we have the best judges in the world here.
