There's no criminal sanction imposed on Lehrmann under the civil verdict. Nor is a penalty in any other form imposed, though he will likely incur the costs of dragging others into court. The judge has given his reasons as to why Lehrmann's defamation action (where he is seeking compensation) was unsuccessful. The reason is that he's probably a rapist according to the judge, so when someone calls him a rapist they're entitled to do so without penalty.
