oh how very noble of you. Given that you were raving on about your views on the lehrmann decision it was entirely relevant to mention there was no jury. Rules on use of juries as opposed to judges only vary so if you want to debate the matter you need to learn more about that as well but it makes your comment that “it’s what you can convince a jury of that matters” just plain wrong
you really do have to stop thinking you know how the law works. It sort of doesn’t serve you well
