as I understand it the parties see bringing in young staffers as the means to train the next generation of pollies. to my thinking such 'training' should disqualify them from politics as the primary focus is on loyalty to the party and adoption of the ideology which combines to ensure they have an echo chamber in the caucus. hive mind as some refer to party adherence to talking points.
