Not a bad summation Reaper11 but a talented lawyer/judge could just as convincingly argue the patsy case given the statements about a sex scandal weeks before and lying about doctors evidence to keep the police and press going then finally admitting no doctor visit at all and then no dress evidence etc etc
Bruce was a suitable patsy given his observed pattern of behaviour with drinking and womanising.... and encouraging woman to get drunk.
People don't realize that when you pay good money for a lawyer the skill to do this is what you are paying for.
