I’m not sure you have read or understand anything about either the outcome of the criminal trial or the judgment in this case.
there was no decision from the criminal trial because one jurist broke the rules.
weird thing is that if the jury had been sure he wasn’t a rapist that person wouldn’t have had to break the rules. There was only one reason someone would do that after that length of time
That wasn’t a lucky escape. It was someone just like you who thought they knew best, who was determined to save the man.
that jurist means we never did get a resolution. He remained an alleged rapist. Now on the balance of probabilities he is a rapist.
