I doubt it would be very difficult to manipulate the jury selection process Moonie. That was shown some time back in Qld when Joe B-p was on trial and one of the Jurors (Luke someone?) was a member of the young Liberals, who refused to find him guilty. . That got exposed for what it was.
Do some research on it and you will see that he was hand picked for the jury, he refused to convict, it was made public.

It's obviously very possible for a plant to be in the jury who impacts the process.
