I do wonder how the DPP team feels about trying to establish guilt (send a man to prison) with a dodgy photo as key evidence and an equally dodgy claim about what the photo showed.
Drumgold took leave from his position before any findings were made .. that in itself strongly spoke to the matter.
Anywho it seems these said communications with journalists were the only thing of interest the media and team guilty could find worthy of making argument about. Drumgold doesn't seem to have much luck in all this.
