Let's not be surprised if between now and 30 November we have a string of positive announcements; Leichardt sale, ATO resolution, Marampa deal, Cauldron...who knows what.
Remember that there are lots of call options out there at a strike price of 45c with an expiry of 30 November 2012.
IMO we are looking at a move to +45c well before then.
