I'm just a newbie to CFE and found an old article re Lady Annie. I wonder how difficult the 'milestones' are to achieve and therefore receive some or all of the $5 million?

"Cape Lambert Resources Ltd has completed the sale of its Lady Annie copper mine in Queensland to Hong Kong listed China Sci-Tech Holdings Ltd, receiving about $132 million after various settlement adjustments."
"The company may also receive up to a further $5 million in deferred payments subject to ... certain production and reserve related milestones being achieved."
