Steel salesman recommends OXR

A salesman from my steel supplier ,who trades the sharemarket ,told me today on the advice of his broker, that OXR is the next most likely to succeed.

Gold and copper and should be trading at 70 cents by the end of the year even without copper. (He said.)

What is the general sentiment about this stock? Looks like it has a large ($30 million )debt to IMF.

Laos would seem to me to be high sovereign risk?

Any OXR enthusiasts and others with info?
