i own smo and subscribe to a pay 4 site, this guy resigning and the share trading over the last while was predicted and is seen as a good move, he is already replaced by somebody of at least equal if not better capabilities, so stop the negative's

Does your pay 4 site tell why the other directors left , and CVC reduced as well-
If so this would keep everybody in the full picture and negate the negativity from these moves -

People do not leave a company when its close to cash flow positive
