Perhaps an argument for a full takeover but won't help lei if they are selling their shares. If they want to sell a partial holding 20% going g to find it hard to find a buyer for more than market price. Any buyer who wants a non controlling interest in mah has had plenty of opportunity to buy at around the 10 cent mark.
