At present the share price is 10 cents and the net tangible assets is 32 cents.
It is hard to imagine how ACS can sell at current prices.
There would not appear to be any mining services company out there with spare cash to buy them out.
Seems that it will take some sort of investment fund to buy the shares as part of some bigger play.
I am all for a merger of the mining services companies. It is the best way to resist pressure from the big miners.
I would see the sale of the MAH shares as a possible catalyst. I am optimistic
