Bets are being made on the quarterly and the lack of any progress in 3+ months and the countless missed and still missing self-imposed announcement deadlines (Lanshen deal signed by September was it??) .

I'd be betting on the side of the sellers. Has to be less than $2M cash with literally not a single option for moving forward other than a tiny cap raise that prob won't even get them through another 3 months. This is well and truly dead. Most can't even sell out probably at this stage. Write it off.

A 25c cap raise for $5M would be unlikely to get over the line and will destroy the company anyway. Its finished.
