for me, that looks like a positive deal given the size of the operation and I presume they want to concentrate in graphite and Lithium.

LEL needs to partner up with someone with technical and financial capacity to take any of the 2 projects to fruition. And/or sell one of the assets to at least x4 current MC, similar to what SRK achieved.

Will they use SRK funds to tip in and fund here? That'll remove some of the pending CR price pressure
