USD 70M for 15% means 70x6= $420M worth for the whole 4Mtn. Or U$S100m per Mtn of LCE.
LEL resource is worth USD 200M to 300M...
LEL would sell it for USD150M plus IMHO, like recent Tecpetrol bid for Alpha Lithium resource... that would be something like AU$ 2 per share, excluding the Graphite project.
