IMO, this is basically saying there are no bidders then that means there must be no resources or else why wouldn't there be any bidders....... Further to this, she inferred that BEL, OEQ, QUE and SRK may be the bidders.....

She seems to suggest that there is some sort of insider trading going on?
Perhaps management would like to address these allegations?
