Probably because Australia is a hard rock and clay nation for mining.
Bringing this chart back up. LEL is better than the likes of GL1, RDT, EUR and other many other hard rock lithium projects for amount of lithium, remembering they gotta dig a massive hole and move many MT of rock and dirt just to get a 100,000t of Lithium.
