Yes, we were aware of that. There is a double up though between this deal done in 2022, apparently with Hanaq (chinese connection) and Lanshen for a project Hanaq has in Arizaro salar, as well as another similar project that also Sunresin signed with Hanaq.... is it the same thing?... One suppling equipment, the other one the asdorption resin...(?)... Is that for another project in Arizaro.... Lithium Chile also is engaed with Sunresin and lab tests have been done. PNN also dealing with Sunresin but no project commited yet. I understand Sunresin is also commited to build a 25ktpa for Summit Resources (chinese ownership again here) in Argentina. Looks like Sunresin is already established. Lanshen is looking at showing off their capabilities in Argentina to potentially be an alternative to Sunresin, though using exactly same process flowsheet.
We now have the CCO that took LAC Olaroz project from concept to production. So I would think we are now capable to deliver this project with confidence and start production in 2024.
