Massa is part of the current socialist gov. Ballotage on 22 Nov between him and extreme right.
tbh anything could happen now, with these 2 going for the votes of the centre/slight right wing party.
massa is the current Finance Minister and he clashes with the USA and set ties with China and Brics to aolvoid economy collapse atm. Interesting geopolitical game at play here. Whether US or China, it still bodes well for the Lithium development.
