in the event of a takeover, what would happen to all the directors performance oppies from the AGM from 2022, strike price $1.50(ish). surely it'd be in their interest to keep things going and (hopefully) advance the share price to those levels to be in the money?
if a buyer comes in below that price, that's be about $10m each out of pocked potentially. i like the company but was not a fan of the many millions of oppies they handed themselves a couple years ago. cant remember exact price and quantities.
