As far as I am concerned they could have offered to extended the options for one more year at a small cost like KAI did as its a similar situation.

We hope to be able to release the Lemare results very soon. We’ve had delays due to piecemeal trickle of results from the Canadian end, and that has led us to decide to await ALL 16 drillholes and to compile the results to form a complete picture of the Lemare pegmatite to release to the market.
For what it’s worth, I understand your frustration and impatience.
