Hello Welsho54, unfortunately people invest on what information is provided to market by the company and when the company does not deliver on what the investors have been told nor provide a statement of any reasoning this has an impact on the decisions that were made to invest in the particular company.
When people get jack of this it results in situations where boards are outed by shareholders like the recent RMX fallout.
