The BLM protest in Melbourne went ahead without Daniel Andrew's approval and against his advice but was permitted by Police because its organisers submitted a COVID-19 safe plan and required all protesters to abide by it.
Thus far not a single case of COVID-19 has been traced back to Melbourne's BLM protest - something which cannot be said for Scott Morrison's Age Care system.
