If shares had attaching options going out some time they may well be able get some takers at a premium . Whether anyone would underwrite us another question. Maybe LW. Although it probably will not happen - and you definitely donot want a share issue with few takers - I would like them to think about such possibilities.
Issuing at a constant discounts are a real pain.
