Lopez, if you are saying its going to be 5c or 6c, then I feel comfortable with that coming from a non holder negative posterwhich means you have underestimated and the raise will be at 8c +.
Saying that and please correct me if I am wrong (longer term holders who know better than me on all fronts) -
LW issue price will be based on the average vwap over 10 trading sessions ??? so as an example if we look at the last 10 trading sessions, I have it close to 8c on the nose - am I right ?
This will create a floor under the sp, then they will time a good annc just after the issue, LW will be happy with paying a slight premium when the sp has appreciated well beyond his issue price and NEU are $5million richer...
