Japar, with respect I don't think you're focusing on the most important part of the release and the dynamic it creates:

"income for the past six months has been significantly reduced..."
plus
"loan repayments to the project financier have been rescheduled to commence 31 March 2013 which will assist short-term cash flows"

together mean any further slip or forecast delay in positive cash flow puts the company into hands of lender which may decide and say "no further extensions" you "must do a CR to strengthen balance sheet", initiating sp tailspin cycle. Time will tell but it is a fair guess to predict a CR (at a further healthy discount to VWAP over prior days) is on way and will be announced next week
