the whole market looks like sh!t today and the volume has been incredibly low...i cant imagine why RIO would walk away when it hasnt even begun yet..considering the entire LOI is conditional anyway, they have the 'out' option in the future if the drill results are not good enough, lets not forget the 'drilling' doesnt begin until the tenements are granted which has been indicated for early 2006
