Lenartowitz is now Chairman of GLX and Managing Director at SSC.
I agree that the announcement raises more questions than answers.
There is nothing from the other two companies that Lenartowitz is on board that suggests that he is unavailable to continue his duties with them.
Definitely seems a bit strange...
