Thanks atomik and zonetrader. For what it's worth, as someone interested in CWN and not LLC, I appreciate the multi-tagging and seeing a little additional perspective on the issue.
As far as potential effects on CWN go, I read today that Credit Suisse's analyst, Larry Gandler is pretty pessimistic on the potential effects of the recent complaints:
"A footprint any smaller than the one currently proposed may impede Crown Sydney's success." For example, it would need a gambling arena of about 5,000 square meters on a single story.
Out of the various analysts/brokers, I put considerably less weight on Credit Suisse's opinions than many others, but it's still information to take into consideration.
