you may be right, but i, like a lot of others baled out of this stock when i saw the huge dilution built into the convertible notes, and i believe now the holder is demanding cash! - between a rock and a hard place but hopefully something will be worked out

i still have a few shares of this stock in the kids name, so i do hope things can progress

i suspect the time to have got out altogether was when nick farr jones decided not to join the board !
