I rang the company yesterday and confirmed--no pfs or dfs were required by the lenders as Fairstar had supplied more than enough info to satisfy ALL the investors.Why dont some of you call the company and ask for answers to some of the things eating away at you----you just might feel better.I have topped up again and even though i know FAS is still a speccie ATM,i feel confident they will become a producer in the near future----good luck to all long and short term holders---Santa might come early this year----or he could be bogged in some red snow tape.
