Roberts and the board need to take pay cuts to show leadership which to date has been non-existant, the reasons for the pay cut should be two fold. One for destroying shareholder value and nearly the company and the other for asking employees to take a 10% pay cut effectively due to the boards incompetence and lack of backbone in doing deals with unions, suppliers, contractors and advisers.

You gave this board $50 and told them you wanted a slab of beer they'd return with a six pack and say there was still $20 debt owed on the purchase as that was the deal they struck with the owner of the bottle shop.....
