Received a further discount on our variable rate PPOR loan today.
Broker asked ING for a reduction and they said yes, further 0.1% discount.
New rate is 3.78%
There is better out there but we can't switch right now because 50% is fixed.
I am posting for the benefit of those with mortgages, just ask, plenty of competition for quality borrowers.
