hello. lendlease to me looks like a great buy opportunity. 10 p/e ratio. low debt. promised future revenues with good revenue pipeline. stron balance sheet.
my question is in regards to future growth, yes it has promised revenue, but at what margins, leandlease historically has a low net profit margin, do ppl think this will show growth in the future years? also with governments planning infrastructure high spending, can lendlease win these contracts?
Also, i dont think lend lease can drop much lower than it is and price to book loos great. p/e ratio looks historically low, and future profits seems booked.
can anyone see a reason for this stock to drop further?
