Hi Harry101,
the trigger event occurs if the stock has been suspended from trade for a period of 20 consecutive business days. This would mean that BNBG holders are entitled to submit their exit notices by next Monday 9th of February. I very much doubt that discussion will be allowed to drag out that long.
