Yes the design looks great.

I'd expect the short form prospectus and notice of meeting as soon as this joint subsidiary is formed & mining license transferred to it. That will also enable the $91m transfer + previous escrowed moneys. Was originally slated for the beginning of Jan so I think we can expect that news any day now.

After the Shareholder meeting the full form prospectus should be released. We'll then know the issue price, distribution ratio, Record dates etc.
