The problem was that everyone was expecting them to come out and say they had produced battery grade instead of industrial grade. If read in full, they are basically saying we can produce industrial grade, and once the gas is connected, they believe that they will get to battery grade.
Unfortunately people build up expectations and expect a lottery win rather than waiting for results.
