Your understanding is wrong.
Zinnwaldite does not contain tin or tungsten. Tin at Cinovec is hosted in cassiterite (tin oxide), tungsten in wolframite (iron-manganese tungstate).
EMH has been completely clear on processing of tin and tungsten from the very beginning. I strongly recommend you do your own research.
Long story short, tin-tungsten extraction is straightforward and completely unrelated to lithium extraction and precipitation.
