reality says clearly there is a funding gap which we were already aware of, tend to think its real and entirely eminent for closure there is just no ink drying on the final agreement so it might be closer however JW wouldnt be in any position to disclose until the ink is dry , so lets think of an inprincipal agreement still needing finer detail for completion hopefully sooner rather than December
