I am only speculating that they won't receive any US funding. I just don't think they're in a position to be eligible.
Really!!...so the DFC have spent 2 years continually going through the DD process , is about to get the final requirement from LPD and have suddenly discovered LPD is ineligible...LOL.
Your right about the speculating part but you haven't put a reason for it.
If we were ineligible we would be well aware of it by now and the process wouldn't have started in the first place ,their not stupid..
To date we have met their requirements .
