Apart from confirming our primary asset has been given away to pay debts I fail to see how this is relevant.
The company has little money (is 500k significant?), no short term prospects (if they failed to make a go of Lerala, do they deserve a second chance?), and I suspect we're going to be suspended for a long time yet although I hope I'm wrong.
If they manage to someone find a worthwhile project, they'll recapitalize (your shares will become worthless as hundred of millions of shares come on market) and it will take years to get to a point where they are ready to extract resources and generate income.
I really don't want to be anywhere near the diamond industry, or these directors and intend to sell as soon as I can.
I think we will all learn to regret not voting to wind up the company. A capital loss is worth more than sitting in limbo...
