Les seems like a disgruntled share holder who's had enough. Cant tell you the number of stocks where I have felt the same. If I had over 1mill invested in a company and wasnt happy with the way it was run I would be taking action.
I think for Stokes and Saunders not having any form of a decent holding in PDY begs one to question if they are remotely interested in bringing this company to fruition or more interested in claiming the pay check!!!!
The ASX should have a law where directors Must have some form of stake in the company - at least more than 1000 bucks!!!
And those Corruption charges had me concerned when I mentioned PDY to a friend a while ago and he warned me of Gary Stokes history.
