Whilst there has been immense wealth destruction for current shareholders, there are some strong fundamentals to like about the company. It operates in an industry segment with high barriers to entry, largest player in the market, valuable property portfolio. Couple this with an ageing population and over the long term, this stock will do well.
I have had this on my watchlist for an extended period of time and will be looking to make any entry in the near future.
