He is mostly right unfortunately but merely parroting known information. Underlying business is fairly strong record project counts and record contract values albeit not enough to offset core projects from Big Tech the enterprise side of the business is growing.
Global Services have stopped their cost cutting in the June qtr so one would hope a stabilization in Global Services revenue is not too far away.
We also saw some encouraging economic numbers out of China so one hopes the economy is starting to stabilize over there as well.
As an investor a half of stabilization would be welcomed.
