    We need iron and all of the essential amino acids to build proteins for our body. Meat is the best source of food to provide all essential amino acids and iron! Otherwise, you would need to take supplements to prevent metabolic disorders. Vegetarians but particularly vegans are most susceptible.

    Anyway, there is nothing more enjoyable than a mouth watering juicy T-Bone, rump or eye fillet, is there?
